About the Event
AAC CHAT - WEEKLY HANGOUT
Our once a week meetup in Summer, exclusively for AAC users. Our goal is to get our participants to be more comfortable & independent on their device. We work on asking questions, commenting , telling jokes & sharing about their interests.
We work with Parents & caregivers to get comfortable with the medium and practice modeling communication with the device.
Students need to bring their own AAC Communication DEvice.
Parent/Caregiver presence and supervision is a MUST !
