This Virtual Training Project will use a person centered approach to help neuro-diverse individuals:

​

• find and explore meaningful job opportunities.

• create a resume, LinkedIn profile.

• create a one Page profile.

• attain skills to retain their current job.

• learn skills needed to ace their job interview.

• self-advocate during their job seeking journey.

• guide them through the employment acceptance process and establish a support system for them.

• with ongoing training and coaching to thrive and grow in the workplace and maintain a healthy work life balance.
